Out of all the dealerships I looked for a car. This one was the worst. I explained to the sales person that my wife would like to come down and talk to you about the price and the sales person went into get his manager and he came out and he said to me let me save you a trip so I said OK and I left never to go back there. they don’t know how to treat the customers. He wanted to save me a trip while he did. I was all set ready to sign the papers. All I need was my wife to come down and locate it as she asked me that sales manager must be one unhappy person he doesn’t get it. I don’t recommend going there. I bought my previous Tahoe there and I’ve had it for a long time and I love it, but I will never buy a car from there ever again. Good luck if you go there.

Everyone in the collision center was wonderful! Especially the receptionist Jenn. My beautiful new Jeep was hit pretty bad with extensive rear end damage. I felt very special the way they treated me. They knew how much I love my Jeep and had missed driving it so when I went to pick it up they parked it so it would be the first thing I saw when I pulled into the parking lot. I thought that was really special unique service.

My husband and I have purchased many cars from Lannan Chevrolet and continue to from Nucar Chevrolet because of Mike Lannan!

The place is so nice,we got the best,the staff is so cooperate and helpful. Steven the sales person was sooooo...good in fact he deserves a credit. He helped us alot and even if I was not to buy,I would CV ome back because of the service I received from Steven's Tender ,care and professionalism he exhibited.

Never heard of $200 diagnostic charge plus a repair charge, for a car under a warranty.
