Nucar Chevrolet of Woburn Service

We had been taking our Tahoe to a different dealership for years and experienced numerous issues, poor treatment, and unresolved problems. We decided to switch to Nucar and couldn’t be happier with that decision. From the very first phone call to picking up our vehicle — and everything in between — the service was exceptional. Chris was fantastic to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in resolving long-standing issues and making sure we left as happy customers. This was easily the best service experience we’ve had, and we will absolutely be back.

Service was excellent and had a chance to talk to the technician who performed the work. I didn’t get a name but I could tell he knew what to do! Waiting area is clean and coffee area was adequate but lacking free snacks!

The people were nice and friendly but there was a lack of communication when I dropped off my car for an oil leak. The service advisor called me telling me the car is ready for pick up, but he didn't know where it was leaking, and he didn't know roughly how much it will cost. He said he will call me back soon with more information. He never did. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car, the service advisor still didn't know and had to speak with the tech. After speaking to the tech, I was handed a sticky note of the potential problem and to drop it off again the following week for repairs. I asked if the factory warranty will cover it and he said he doesn't know. So, I asked for a rough estimate of the cost of repair. He shrugged and said he doesn't know. I understand that I can't
