Nucar Nissan Of North Attleboro Service

My cousin and I went in there Sunday to look at a Nissan Sentra. We were walk ins with no appointment, and a sales associate assisted us with showing their selection and a test drive. The sales associate was great and answered all of our questions and went out of his way to get someone in finance to explain the approval process for my cousin. As my cousin and I were discussing the credit app and price of the vehicle and if I would co-sign for him , another gentlemen came over and rudely interrupted (didn't introduce himself - ask our names - didn't seem to care) and said "who's the interpreter ?" he then proceeded to say the car was 25K and that payments would be no where near what we were looking for and walked away. I preferred this location when it was Village Nissan. Nucar charges miscellaneous fees when you do service there and doesn’t explain what the miscellaneous fees cover. When I got an oil change and tire rotation, I was charged $11 misc fees. For what? I’m not sure. They quoted me $1400 to replace rear brakes and pads. Definitely will not be getting that work done there. I usually go to my local repair shop, but booked a quick oil change at Nucar online. Disappointing. Also, they have a play room for children. While I understand this is not a daycare and not a necessity, the playroom is absolutely disgusting. Floors covered in stains, toys covered in filth. I would rather see nothing for a playroom than the deplorable conditions. See pictures. I will not be returning.

I wanted to provide feedback for the always amazing service that I receive from this dealership’s service area! Today I went for my scheduled oil change and arrived earlier than I expected to. I arrived around 7:35am for my 8:00am appointment. I was expecting to wait a bit due to my early arrival, but to my surprise I was pulling in the service area less than 10 minutes later. There were two people ahead of me that went in first to be checked in. One of the individuals checking in was less than polite to the Service Manager, David, from the moment she walked in. I witnessed this woman parading around the building when I arrived trying to get in the service area, and complaining to another customer that was sitting in their car as well. My experience with Molly and the team, was excellent. From the first call, to schedule the appointment she was very helpful, and helped me to get a loaner car while the service was being performed. I was given an estimate of up to 3 days for the service to be completed. The next day, Molly called to let me know my rogue would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. The issue I was having is completely resolved, and with an oil change, it’s driving great. I am very happy with how everything turned out.
