Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro Service

Initially was a good experience buying a used Toyota Sienna, but it turns out the Sienna didn't pass inspection, and fixing it through the service center was a nightmare: -Sales and finance guys were good, professional, gave me a good price, were willing to work with me. -Sales initially told me they could have a new sienna with the specs I wanted shipped to the dealership within two weeks. Turns out it would take about 4 months. I couldn't wait that long so I went with a used sienna they had on the lot. -The day after I brought the sienna home, I found the windshield wipers were stuck on full speed. (Apparently this is a common problem with siennas) The part that the service shop needed to fix took 2 weeks to ship. They did not provide me with a rental. -When they took the car to fix

I recently went for my first check up at 5000 Miles for my GR86. I went in for an oil change only to be given back a car scratched up and dirty from both the inside and outside. In their defence they buffed out the scratch but since my visit my car has been having both check engine lights and smell issues. I would highly discourage anyone from visiting this place. Considering how important peoples cars are and how expensive they can be the lack of care is astonishing and disrespectful.

The service team here truly saved my day! I had a bit of an emergency while traveling for work and had to have my vehicle towed to this location. When I arrived in a bit of a panic, everyone I spoke to was really kind and helpful. They presented a several options for a solution and explained them clearly, in a way that made sense to my limited knowledge of vehicle maintenance. I would certainly return if back in the area.

I have bought all my vehicles here. Service staff are SO helpful and attentive.

I was talking back and forth with a salesman about a car. He confirmed the evening before my visit and the morning of that the car was still available. I drive 1h15min to the dealership and as I pull up into the parking lot, I check my messages. The salesman messages me saying the car was sold earlier in the morning because the deal was being worked on the evening before. What a waste of time. Extremely unprofessional.
