My mother financed a vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago and paid off this month. Instead of this dealership providing us with a physical paper title when we paid off the vehicle they sent an e-title, which my mother was charged $45 at a tag agency to get a physical paper title. As part of paying the "tax, tag, and title" when the car was originally financed this physical paper title should've been given by the dealership directly. Otherwise, what exactly is the "title" portion of that statement. This is not our first time paying off a car and getting titles but this is the first time the dealership we worked with hasn't provided the title. Then David was rude when we asked about this. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership solely due to this terrible experience.

I’ve had the absolute best experience with these guys. David is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I found a much sought after Lexus LS 430 online and ended up buying it remotely. They have helped make my experience most satisfying from providing information as requested, walking me through the purchase, answering phone calls and emails, to even helping get my car shipped all the way to southeast Georgia. My car hasn’t even arrived yet and I’m already impressed. Definitely would recommend this dealer to other buyers. Fair pricing with a hometown vibe. Rare for this day in time.
