From the very beginning, I was impressed by the team's work ethic and thoughtful attitude toward servicing customers. Eric was down to earth and courteous when we met to complete the paperwork for my vehicle pickup. He helped me move my belongings out of the car, which was unexpected. This is my first time being extremely satisfied with a body shop service. I was kept updated every step of the way. Wilson's attention to detail gave me the confidence, peace of mind and trust that I was in excellent hands. He is professional and considerate. His quick response was within one day. I am very grateful for the great experience and high level of service.

After 1 month of waiting for a previous repair shop to send over an estimate to my warranty, I went to NYC Wreck-a-mended and got an estimate the same day. They were very efficient and sent the estimate over the same day. Within a couple of days, the process began of getting my car repaired. They ordered the parts needed for my repairs and I got my car back in 3 days. Everyone was so nice and the service was quick. They called me with updates throughout the whole process and made everything so easy. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail. I honestly couldn’t have went to a better place and definitely recommend this shop. Excellent service …. 10 out of 10 experience.

Today I picked up my Audi RS3 from Wreck-A-Mended collision. I am really grateful for Wilson and his staff for the great work they’ve done. Wilson and his staff are completely by the books and take care of you each and every step of the way. Needless to say, I am 100% happy with how well they were able to put the original pieces and painting together. My car came out looking brand new Fresh and clean.
