Best customer service I have ever experienced, unfortunately they were unable to do the repair that my daughters 2013 VW convertible beetle needed but called to tell me the specific issue and recommended 2 places. We will definitely be using Nykaza for any maintenance needed on our 2022 Atlas Cross Sport as well as my daughter's 2013 beetle. I called ahead, asked for a good drop off day, first come first serve, and I adhered to their policy, and took her car there 7:30 am Monday. From the front desk, to the service department it was overall an excellent experience. I hope that everyone gives Nykaza a try, this company is honest, friendly, and professional, you can't ask for more than that. Thank you again and you have obtained a customer for all our future VW needs.

Took our vehicle here for a repair. They are first come first serve, so they didn’t have time to look at it, which is fine. They said they could look at it next week but we couldn’t leave it there. We were unable to get the car started and they said they were to busy to even help us start it so we could leave to parking lot. Had to call a tow truck to have our vehicle towed from a mechanic… I’ve heard they do good work, but not pleased with customer service.

They have always be honest and straightforward and they never tried to upsell unneeded repairs or maintenance. They fixed my niece's jeep no charge as it was just a dead battery.
