Brent got away legally stealing $18,000 from me and ruined my 1963 Chevy Impala. I had to pay a lawyer $5,000 to pursue legal action but Brent was able to wait me out knowing that I was going to have to pay even more in legal fees and I couldn’t afford to pursue legal actions against him because it was costing me more money. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS GUY!!! He will rip you off and then blame you for all that goes wrong. He’s bad for business.

Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. I did and Brent the owner had it for three years and was supposed to repair the entire suspension, change over drum brakes to disc and in that time I paid him nearly $20,000.00. Brent did nothing to my 1963 Chevy Impala he kept my vehicle outside that entire time and when I confronted him about the money he put my vehicle in his shop would not let me take it and know I have to get a lawyer and take him to court. He never answers his phone or returns your messages unless he wants more money from you. He blames you for everything and lies about everything. Do not let him have your business you will regret it. The cramped, unorganized work area provides a lackluster performance in getting things done. He works in the shop and tries to do managerial positions such as billing and answering phone etc. WAY OVERPRICED. On top of that, the bill was a Microsoft word document typed with a few sentences and very vague on the specific work done and how much was charged for what. Only responds via email, and even then it's very difficult to get ahold of owner. If you like voice interaction on progress, or just say to see how the project is "coming along", or questions about something, you will not be able to get ahold of him on the phone, and he will not respond to voicemail. Poor workmanship, terrible customer service, extremely expensive. If something is wrong they blame the customer. Would not recommend. Better to not do the project.
