Oak Hill Senior Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for five years. This is a very quiet, secure, clean and well maintained apartment complex and grounds. I have been to numerous senior facilities but this building always smells pleasant(yes!! this is an issue in senior living). They have a lot of activities and the tenants are nice; they look out for each other. Marylou, the office manager is always willing to help and answer your questions. Jason the maintenance manager is 'on the job' at getting things done and has a wealth of knowledge concerning the residential construction of this building. Management continues to make improvements to keep the building and the tenants safe via locked entrance doors and video. The rent does increase which could be steep, but I have checked in this area and other friendl

My mom lived at Taylor Oak Hill Apartments for five wonderful years before she had to recently move to assisted living, and I can't say enough positive things about the amazing experience we had with this community. The entire apartment complex is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and filled with a friendly atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Recently, I visited this location to search for affordable apartments in quiet locations for my aging parents. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Marylou, the property manager, and Jason, the friendly maintenance manager. The apartments I found were spacious and relatively affordable, with plenty of activities for the residents and enough freedom to not feel confined. Marylou was very helpful and supportive throughout the visit. Thank you.

The property manager Marylou pays attention to detail and cares about the residents. She is attentive and goes above and beyond to attend to the needs of the building. She has personally helped me numerous times and I’m impressed with the incredible job she does at the building.
