He was absolutely incredible — calm, respectful, and clearly experienced. He took great care with my vehicle and truly went above and beyond to help me. WOW! I had the BEST experience with Oaks Towing. Connor went OVER and ABOVE for me. I balked him in tests since I was stranded … he showed up in a timely fashion, was very kind, and understood my frustration and was able to figure out what my problem with my was! He showed up in the outing rain, was at my location within 30 min. He was polite and helpful! He even made a quick stop for me on our way to my dealer… who does that! A stressful situation ended with a blessing. With a few minutes to spare before an early morning yoga class in Camillus, I decided to fill up with gas. Upon returning to my car, the dashboard was blinking & my car wouldn’t start. Being “stuck” in a gas station lane, and having many places to be and things to do that day, everything seemed to come to an abrupt stop. The Lincoln dealership recommended I call Oaks Towing Service. Connor arrived within the promised timeframe and was quickly able to resolve the issue. The care I received was exceptional both professionally and personally. While I hope this doesn’t happen again, if it does, Oaks Towing is the first place I will call.
