Oakleaf Village of Toledo - Sylvania

Oak Leaf Village is wonderful! My parents moved in 6 weeks ago and are doing great! They appreciate the nurses, personal care team, the office and activity staff and the delicious food that the caring dining room provides and serve! Every day is a new adventure meeting new friends, enjoying the entertainment provided and just relaxing in the beautiful living room with all of the other residents. It's a new way of living and I'm grateful for the kind, understanding and knowledgeable guidance provided to us by Dena. She truly cares about the residents and their well-being.

Moving in was the best thing we could have done. Mona and I love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the residents are happy and friendly here. Erin was our tour guide and to this day is our fountain of information. I say fountain because of her bubbly personality. I would recommend Oakleaf Village to everyone. The food is pretty darn good too. The interior decor is very nice as well as the landscaping. Come on out and see for yourself. A beautiful place.

Brought mom here thinking it was a good place. Boy was I mistaken. Mom is stuck on the toilet for 15 minutes when she needs assistance . She has had one shower in a month . Food is not good . Keep looking for another facility.

They like to not have night nurses on staff and let patients fall and break hips and not give them the proper care so they die I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LET THERE FAMILY GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMLY LOOK ELSEWERE

I love ❤️ it here, the people are so friendly and caring...the staff is super fantastic...I'll be able to enjoy it more ,once I finish unpacking.
