Oasis Touch Free Car Wash

Both machines took my money so I couldn't vacuum out my car. Contacted the numberson the door as stated if there were any problems but I'm being ignored as usual. I go there faithfully and this is how they operate.

Don’t waste your money or your time… We spent $12 for a wash that left our car dirty. Called the number on the door to the owner, and they did not care or do anything to rectify the problem. He recommended a hand wash. Yeah! I guess so after we spent $12. Your customers pay your paycheck… remember that! Poor customer service.

If you're from the area you probably know how to get to it but if not it took me 20 minutes to try to figure out the back streets and the roundabouts and there wasn't really any signs.

Got my truck washed today paid $12.00 for the top wash I was really not impressed didn't get the bugs off windows shield didn't do the rinse that supposed to eliminate the water spots.Washed the outside edges of the hood and the rest was the same as when I went through. I attempted to call and was told the number was no longer in order so to say the least I'm not a happy customer. .
