1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Company 1711. They told us they would arrive at my house within 45 minutes to tow my car to the dealership for repairs. Instead, we waited over 3 hours, and they never showed up. The gentleman spoke directly with my wife and clearly told her he would be there in 45 minutes. Later, when I called to follow up, he denied speaking with her and claimed it was a computer system instead — even though I personally heard him on the phone. That was extremely unprofessional. When I tried to confirm whether he was actually going to transport the car or not, his response made it seem like it didn’t matter to him at all. It felt like my time meant nothing. This is strictly for OASIS TOWING Good Sam Roadside assistance dispatched OASIS TOWING. After an hour and a half I called them and was told with attitude it’s going to be at least another hour to 90 min and I’m not the only one waiting. Called another company after waiting 4.5 hours and they arrived within 30 minutes. Owner of this business obviously has a stick up his….. and doesn’t care if you’re stranded in cold with kids or have to be somewhere in a reasonable amount of time. Shady business

Arrived quickly, performed the tasks at hand diligently and professionally. The driver was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure my spare was properly filled and gave helpful advise for repair. im not exactly sure which truck or driver ,but paper work said 1711 was dispatched. So, vehicle 1711 your awesome and deserve a beer commercial. Thanks for the help sir.

Unprofessional and Frustrating Terrible experience with this towing service. The driver showed up in a bad mood, offered no help, and lacked basic problem-solving skills. He didn’t know how to shift the car into neutral—I had to figure it out myself (2-minute YouTube). Despite a clear driveway, he insisted we move other cars, then pushed the vehicle before we finished. Once in the street, he claimed a tow hook was required (we’ve never needed one in over a decade with this car and others from its brand). We found it quickly, but his boss had already canceled the job. No apology, just more attitude. When I voiced frustration, he got angrier, shoved the car back into the driveway, and left. I was fortunate enough to have the same tow truck driver a second time, for my break down. Darwin goes above and beyond, very professional and respectful. Highly recommend...he is the Best!!
