Fantastic shop! Fair and honest to the definition. Recently had a transmission replaced in our truck. We started to have an issue with the shifting about 2 months after and I called then up. They said to bring it back and they would make it right and they did just that. Can't say enough about their customer service. They took it in and replaced it with a completely different freshly rebuilt transmission with a reset warranty on it. On top of that a couple days later they sent me pics of the faulty part and an explanation of what was wrong just to be completely transparent. Highly recommend these guys for all transmission needs!

Drove two hours to pick up my cousins Ford after these gentlemen replaced the transmission. Not only did they go over the paperwork and make copies of the warranty. They also gave me a tour of their shop. Absolutely a superb facility to handle any drivetrain need you would need. O'Brien Transmissions is worth the drive to get your vehicle back on the road by wise and talented technicians. Also, they recommend going to Station 61 restaurant just down the road. Great recommendation.

These guys went not just the extra mile, but literally the extra 85 miles to get my transmission fixed right. My original was cracked in an accident. The 1st transmission from Kia failed the same day I picked it up from their shop. They had to make two trips to Jamestown Kia to finally get the correct transmission from them. They did it quickly and had me back on the road. Thanks so much!
