O'Brien's Auto Service Center

My tire blew out on the expressway, and O’Brien’s Tire & Auto was the closest shop, so we stopped there for help. We went inside to ask about getting a replacement tire and were told to go back outside and wait. There was no explanation, no courtesy, and the interaction felt dismissive unwelcoming and racist. The customer service was extremely disappointing, especially in a stressful situation where we needed immediate assistance. I would not recommend this shop based on how we were treated. I suggest looking elsewhere if you expect professionalism and respectful service.

O’Brien’s has been our go-to place for many years and we have always relied or their advice and recommendations. Have never been disappointed. My husband recently passed away and several things have come up with my car and Fran and his Staff, especially Tommy, have looked out for me. Most recently Fran fought for me for more complete insurance coverage on vandalism that occurred. Tommy fixed it better than new. These guys are the best!!!

Obriens has been my go-to spot for EVERYTHING car related. The guys working there are stellar. Top notch mechanics and have a great friendly demeanor. It feels like I’m walking into someone’s home garage, but in a professional setting. They have helped me out when I’ve had flat tires, tune ups, inspections, general questions and advice. I’ll be honest, I’m not a car guy. I know very little about my car and how it works and needs to be fixed- but O’briens has always made me feel welcomed and taken care of without the fear of being swindled. They do the job for a fair price and in a timely manner.

Attention, all customers, whatever you do do not take your vehicle to O'Brien's auto service.The owner is a rip-off. I had my vehicle towed to his shop it will be one year this month. He still have my 2007 expedition He's a terrible owner. He'd take advantage of customers. I'm going to explain you how I took my vehicle in there for help and his mechanic to find out why my ford expedition 2007 why it was not runner. His mechanics are good , but when it comes to certain qualifications on a vehicle , they don't no. What they are you doing when I asked the owner Francis, what's going on? He first told me that I needed a turn up, and I told him that's a brand new tune up on there from the other mechanic. I appreciate how while I was waiting for my car to be fixed, the owner was shopping around on the phone for a refurbished part, and went through the details of the pricing with me without getting frustrated. I like to understand what my car needs and why. I found obrien’s rates to be fair and comparable , and I cannot tell you how quickly they fixed a rusted out gas tank!!!! Less than 24 hours. Ps. Cleanest bathroom of any autoshop i have ever used. Much appreciated. Grateful for integrity and cleanliness
