I had my first flat tire on my motorcycle a few months ago, took it to obsession. Had a way too small tube put in on my rear tire. I’ve only rode it a couple times since and while it worked (it was underinflated, my fault for not checking of course). Couple days ago I inflated my tire to proper psi, took it out for a ride and the tube had a blowout after an hour. Luckily I was going very slow in a back road. The photo show what was put in and what is supposed to be(much larger tube need as you can see) also was told the tire was put on backwards! Honestly the guys at obsession were nice people that deserve 1 star, but the work could’ve cost me much, much more. Obsession, I want my reimbursement for the price I paid for the substandard work.

I recently found this place & it was awesome! Other shops told me that they would charge me $40+ to press down one small part of the side of my front motorcycle tire! I already popped one side on at home but couldn't get the small part of the lip to go down on the other.. I called & told them my issue & they said, "no prob! C'mon in!" Popped my tire's lip on the rim, aired it up, & balanced it for $20! Great customer service & polite! Definitely will be back this wkend! Great people! Give them a call for your motor vehicle needs.

I want to thanks Levon and his Team of such Professional Machanics who bailed my car out of big trouble that I bought from a Fraudulent dealer out in VA who sold me a car with a Bad Oil leak. Obsessions took this Audi A7 and brought it back to life and gave me a reasonable price that i was actually able to pay. If it wasn't for Obsessions team, that car would have been totally undrivable and I would have been left with no car and I car note for 4 years to pay. Great shop. Very knowledgeable staff and they are literally a one stop shop for anything you need!! They painted a few parts of mine and also installed some fender flares. Did a great job every single time!

My 2015 Subaru Outback needed a new rear door after a tractor trailor backed into it, causing $4k+ damage this past summer. I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair.
