Obsidian Motors LLC

Obsidian Motors absolutely saved me. I purchased my BMW from a dealer who hid the fact that the turbo was blown—the car was smoking on every start-up, and because it was an “as is” sale, I was stuck dealing with the situation myself. Obsidian dug into the motor thoroughly, performed an endoscopy, and checked everything multiple times before giving the car back to me. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave me total peace of mind. What really set them apart was how they treated me. They didn’t treat me like a transaction—they treated me like a friend. Their communication throughout the entire process was constant, transparent, and genuine. It’s incredibly rare to find a shop this ethical, hardworking, and honest. Obsidian Motors went above and beyond, and they d

Service: Key Ignition replacement, door replacement, and full vehicle inspection. Obsidian Auto is an excellent, family-owned and trustworthy business that I will continue to use as long as I’m in Las Vegas. Cathalina is absolutely wonderful—kind, supportive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Her partner is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic who clearly takes pride in his work. Thank you both for taking such great care of my son and me, and for servicing our 2011 Hyundai Sonata with honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend. From Ashley with love 🖤

Highly recommend Obsidian Motors. Very honest people who do solid, quality work. I had my rotors and brake pads replaced, and they also replaced and reprogrammed my truck’s module. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure, no upselling—just straightforward service done right. The work was completed professionally and on time, and the truck runs exactly as it should. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but Obsidian Motors is one of them. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest mechanic.

We’ve been using this shop for all our commercial fleet vehicles — pick-up trucks and box trucks and they never disappoint. The service is consistently top-notch: they’re always on time (which is huge when you run a busy fleet), the work is high-quality, and their pricing is fair and very competitive for the market. No surprise charges, no upselling nonsense — just honest, professional work every single time. The team is knowledgeable, courteous, and understands commercial vehicles inside and out. They get that downtime costs us money, so they move efficiently without cutting corners. Highly recommend this shop to any business owner running a fleet in the area. We’ve found our go-to mechanics and won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you for taking great care of our trucks! 🚚

They’re kind and honest people. My car broke down and the towing service was taking awhile to get to me but they allowed me to tow my car to their shop an hour after closing. They were very quick and efficient for a good price. Absolutely my go to place to get a fix on my car.
