Within the first week of buying a pre-owned 2016 Kia Optima SX, I’ve encountered one problem after another. On first drive after purchasing, I noticed a foul odor, like mildew. As I was trying to find the culprit for the smell, I noticed that the passenger floor was completely soaked. This was due to an air conditioning hose leak. The AC drain hose was missing, the drain was clogged and there was mold under the blower motor filter (which I was most likely breathing in). After fixing this, I thought the issues would end there, but I was mistaken. A month later, both the AC and heater have completely stopped working. In addition to this, the passenger seat rail is crooked, so the seat cannot be moved or adjusted. There is no spare tire in the trunk and I have yet to receive my plates and reg

I came in with no credit not expecting to get a car. The staff is very helpful and patient, they were able to get me approved for a car within 3 hrs! I didn't feel any pressured into buying and with it being my first car they made themselves available for any questions i might have. I'm very happy with the results of choosing OC Carz.
