Ocean Area Tire

We had previously used these guys before and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We were forced this time to use them again, against my better judgement, but it was an emergency. We were pleasantly surprised to find how much they’ve improved. The service was exceptional and the price was great. I’m not sure if they’ve changed ownership or management, but they are much improved. Matt and Vaughn were great help. Thank you.

I appreciated a thorough conversation and writing up a quote for my review before purchasing my new tires. Matt was very helpful in giving me three tires he would recommend to choose from. The fact that they are close by, honest and the prices were good was enough for me to schedule my appointment. My new tires are great!

I thought they were very reasonable in pricing for their services. Very professional and explained everything the car needed at the time of service. Being new to the area I was very nervous about finding a new auto repair shop, but they made me feel very comfortable at the time of service. Definitely will be returning.

The purchase and installment of four tires was seamless. Jen at the service desk provided options and was clear and concise on what was available along with price points. The service team had me in and out of the shop pretty quickly. It is also obvious the mechanics/Technicians care about the quality of their work.

We went to get a new set of tires. Was very easy to schedule and the price was very reasonable. After getting there, they were able to take us a few minutes early, which was great. The tech started working and then let us know we needed new brake pads for our rear tires and recommended replacing our brake fluid. The pads were below the 3mm min required, so agreed to those, and since it has been over 5 years since our fluid was replaced we agreed for that service too. They performed the work and the final amount was a good value. Thank you for your professionalism and level of service!!!
