Ocean Mazda West Kendall Service Center

The West Kendall Ocean Mazda has the best customer service. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is always very helpful. Leilani took care of me 3 times and she is great. Mark is very attentive.

This is our third service since they have opened as our Mazda CX5 has over 130K miles and we want to make sure it keeps running as long as possible. I cannot give enough positive praise to Mark and the service team at Ocean Mazda West Kendall. They are so easy to reach - by text of phone - they give a full video of what needs to be done on the car and show you on the video specifically so there is no guess work - it is really an outstanding facility with a great service team.

After two hours of waiting for the salesperson who was assisting me and had supposedly gone to get my offer, another man arrived and told me that we were not going to be able to do business. not at all professional and very bad service.

3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!. ON A TUESDAY AT 9:30am WITH AN APPOINTMENT. In the meantime, the 6 guys at the desk are dancing and eating chips. GET A GRIP.
