I had a stressful car emergency with a flat tire while rushing to catch a flight. The staff at Ocean View Auto Parts were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I could get the assistance I needed. Truly amazing customer service and a lifesaver in a pinch. Highly recommend this place! Mahalo!

The workers in this place are such helpful, kind, knowledgeable people. The young man who works there has checked out my car multiple times when I have questions about a certain part I need. He has saved me a ton of time and money when I am up to car DIY projects. The lady with blonde hair is so helpful and sweet too and has helped me get the correct fluids to top up. They all know their stuff like the back of their hand and are problemsolvers. Such an asset to the OV community and Hawaii at large. I am super excited for their expansion and hope it happens soon!

Greatly appreciated excellent assistance from the lady operating this store when we needed air for a tire on our rental car. Not only did she loan a 12v pump, but when car outlet on car was dead she came out and used her car to power the pump!!
