Have used Ocello’s multiple times for different issues with my 2012 Jeep Wrangler over the past several years, and have always been happy with the service. The mechanics are top notch, and the service writers couldn’t be more helpful. Mal is especially great to deal with, as is the owner, Rob. Recently I had a problem with an ABS sensor and a tire pressure sensor; both were replaced within a few hours, and at a reasonable cost. I also had an issue with damage to my side mirror, and Mal made sure that it was repaired. I have been to other, smaller, repair shops in the area, some of which have no business being in this business. I feel fortunate to have found Ocello’s, and recommend them highly.

Great experience plugging a hole on my tire today. Came in, got told to bring the car to the side, set it, and within less than 5mins they were done and for cheaper than anywhere else. Had to leave a tip for good service. Thanks.

I went a few months back and two guys, a tall white guy and a Jamaican guy were super helpful with my gfs car. I went today and this old man tried over charging me for spark plugs. He said the parts are expensive for my car, a Hyundai spark plugs 40 dollars each for the part when I know it’s not that expensive. I’m not going back as long as he’s there. I don’t ever leave reviews but 500 for spark plugs is crazy work, and he acted as if he was giving me a deal. Also charging 200 for a diagnosis.

Service was great & the approval to get work done was easily accessible via text/link. They were detailed and honest about what work needed to be done in the order of importance.

We're DONE with Ocello's after 8 years of loyalty, regularly bringing in 3 of our cars plus my mom's. The mechanics still do great work, but the front desk has completely turned over and operates very differently, with more aggressive upselling and higher prices. The last straw was a nearly $1,300 bill to replace spark plugs and ignition coils on my mom's Volvo. We asked them to come down on price given our long history there, but they wouldn't. We had gotten comfortable with them so we authorized it, but it felt way off. Doing more research afterwards and talking with knowledgeable friends confirmed the cost was way above the norm. Do your research on pricing and on whether you really need any extra work they recommend, and get a second estimate before authorizing any repairs here.
