Incredibly kind mechanic that has your best interest in mind. We had a last min emergency and I took my mom's car here. Even though Hugo was already overbooked for the day, as soon as he saw the brake pin was loose, he urged us to leave the car so that he could fix it for us ASAP. He explained how dangerous it would be if the brake pin came off. He made sure to check the oil, fluids, other brakes and tires to make sure my mom would be safe to make a long drive home (5 hrs). Communication was excellent and the work was completed quicker than the time estimate that he provided. The price was way below what he deserved to be paid so I definitely tipped him extra. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated Hugo helping us today. I will be recommending him to everyone!

Came in with my 2010 Honda Insight Ex Hybrid for a lug nut and stud issue on my tire, it was loose and kept spinning. A tire store was unable to get it off and another auto shop was unable to assure me they could fix it and quoted me $1,000 and up. I was reccomended to come here by Discount Tires saying Hugo would be able to take it off for cheaper. When I met Hugo he quoted me $140 and said he was able to do a walk in immediately and have it done in 3 hours. I was shocked how cheap it was compared to other places and he was able to get the lug nut and stud out and replaced it with a new one. When I picked up my car there were no extra charges or a deeper issue to fix. I'm grateful I came here. If I was able to give this business zero stars I sure would. Left 2018 Nissan maximum here for a oil change the guy Hugo gives me a transmission flush I showed him the text where I requested a oil change he refused to release my car until I paid him for a transmission flush I felt cheated and used I will never come here again
