1-star rating Ochs Powersports is hands-down the worst powersports dealer I've ever dealt with. They lie, overpromise, and straight-up cheat customers. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear just to get your business, but none of it means anything. I dropped off my SxS for routine service plus a bunch of accessories. They promised it wouldn't take long. Four months later—yes, FOUR MONTHS—they finally finished. Every single time I called or checked in, it was "almost done," "just a few more days," or some other excuse. Four months is completely unacceptable for what should have been a straightforward job. To make it worse, when I finally got it back, I was massively overcharged on the bill. No explanation, no apology—just shady practices all around. Avoid this place at all costs. There
