Extremely professional and personable people! I’m beyond satisfied with the outcome for this detail. Attention to detail is high on their priority list. I have a company of my own so I naturally have high expectations for customer service.. I immediately asked for his information after the service was done so I could write a review. I’m very pleased to say the least. I’m out of state working and he made the experience so easy for me. All he needed was address and where the keys would be. Brought his own water and materials! My vehicle (which represents me and my company) looks amazing! I’m so excited to come home tomorrow to a very clean and polished ride. He was very responsive, punctual, and professional. After speaking with Scott and seeing him and his crew work on my neighbors car, I decide to hire OEM for my 2018 Audi Allroad. Particular people tell me i’m very picky. I had an exterior service. Wash, clay bar , removal of brake dust , polish , denatured alcohol neutralizing, ceramic coating. Im sure I left out something. Scott spent the time to explain to me what would work the best for my lifestyle, where I drive, washing habits, etc. you can tell Scott and his team are passionate about their work and take pride in every customers car. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was and how great the car looks. We are going to have Scott detail the other car as soon as we can schedule. They came to my home and 2 men over 4.5 hours did a total ‘show room’, ‘like new’ auto detailing of my 11 year old Nissan Murano. They performed the top level of their 3 levels of detailing. They worked hard for their money. Talking with Scott, the owner after they were done, he attends Detailer conferences learning all the latest techniques and products. I was very impressed by their professionalism, timeliness, diligent work effort, knowledge and the outcome appearance of the vehicle. I had recently received the car back from a local repair shop after a relatively minor deer collision. One of the headlights needed to be replaced. The other headlight had 11 years of UV crazing. Scott wet sanded that headlight (multiple grits), then compounded it and then clear-coated it and it looks new.

5 Stars isn't enough - Would have given 10 if possible! Excellent customer service, easy scheduling, prompt for appointment, and service completed as scheduled on-time. Scott went out of his way to provide some tips and tricks on how to extend the life of the wax and general exterior condition. Appreciated our pre-service discussion to help set expectations and explain the process. Once he arrived, we revisited my initial request, made the appropriate changes to the service, he implemented what we agreed on, and him and his team made the car shine! I will be calling again!
