No stars deserved but unfortunately, that's not an option. I'm all about keeping it local, but ORBS made that feel more like a punishment than a virtue. Needed a specific battery for our sand rail, ORBS was the only local place that had it. Bought it and the guy casually mentions "We don't do warranties on our batteries." We figured we'd at least get a few solid years out of it. Slapped it into the rail, it cranked like it had just woken up from a nap. We gave it the benefit of the doubt, charged it, ran tests, hunted for phantom draws. Turns out the only ghost was the life in this battery. We take it to Interstate to see if it had any kind of warranty and surprise! ORBS sold us a battery they BOUGHT IN 2022. We had an excellent experience at this shop. We had a few issues with or VW bus and Scott worked diligently to solve them help us get back on the road. Shoutout to Scott and Alfredo for being so kind, helpful, and just plain awesome. Next time we are in the area we will certainly be returning!

Scotty and the guys don’t suck. This is the go to VW and buggy shop in the desert Southwest. Plus powder coating, fabricating, shock work, you name it - they do it.

They are always have time to speak to us about our powder coat needs. There customer service is great. Pricing and speed of powder coating is best in town. We have tried other shops in the beginning and non are as good as ORBS.
