Official towing

l my car used towing service today with this company but the work that he done for me was so amazing, he help , he understand, he is more pacific and patient. I never get that kind driver towing who help customers. Thank you for him it's name is HAMADA( good guy)

I have a trucking company, and the most thing i used to hate is towing companies. They are never honest about time and all they care about is money. A friend recommended OFFICIAL TOWING a while ago and i swear they’ve been the best every time i need. Last time was few days ago Friday at 1am!! and they arrived in less than 40 minutes!! FERAS AND MONTASER were Very professional and they will work it out with you whatever your needs are. Even if you have insurance that covers towing, call them. They work with all insurance companies. I’m really glad that i started dealing with them. FIVE STARS not even enough.!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My insurance providers assigned this towing company to tow my vehicle. They gave me a 2 hour estimate. I waited until the tracker said they were arriving. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. They dodged my insurance's calls and when they finally answered they said they couldn't tow in the area I was at. After canceling the trip with them they call me trying to get me to pay them SO DISGUSTING and A WASTE OF TIME HORRIBLE

Absolutely the best. They have serviced me 5 times in the past. Quick prompt response and proactive. Drivers are very skilled and are very careful of my fleet of trucks. I always receive a follow up call from management to make sure everything was satisfactory. If you need them they are there. Thanks again official, you guys are the best.

This brought my car to their yard because the shop was closed at time of incident. They then refused several payments from my insurance company and kept my car a week more than they were supposed to! Conveniently racking up storage fees for them. I spent 3 hours a day on the phone per day for a week getting them all they needed to release my car that was supposed to be released the morning after they brought it to the yard. They wasted a ton of my time and slowed down my repair process tremendously. They also go by their sister company name Prime Time. Beware!!!
