O'Hara And Sons Towing

I used these guys for a tow after my catalytic converter was stolen. They were very fast to respond and got out to me with in 30 min of my call. The tow operator himself was a really nice & professional while he loaded my car onto his truck. They even gave me advice on what i can do in the future to avoid this ever happening again. 5 star rating for O'hara and sons towing!!

Thank God for Andrew. Came way quicker than the estimated rescue time then helped me out enormously by helping me call around and see what tire shops could replace my blown tire then drove me all the way there. Was super kind to me when he didn’t have to be, could have left me stranded at the first place (they “closed early”.) Thank you so much Andrew

I have AAA. Called this morning and they sent out D.O.A. recovery and towing. They were awful. Driver was rude and unprofessional. He left my car in the middle street and threw my key fob under my seat. AAA then sent O’Hara and sons. The driver showed up when the app said he would. He was professional, respectful and polite. My car made it to the shop safely and in a timely manner. He even called to tell me it was there. Thank you to the driver. You were awesome. Do not under any circumstances call this company. They left me sitting on the side of the road for three and a half hours until 2:30 am with my phone battery at 4% and then said they weren’t coming and turned off their phones. At first they kept updating the ETA with my insurance company but it seemed that they were coming. The tow truck driver, a young man, called me after an hour and warily asked if I was at the airport, and I could tell he was going to cancel if I said yes. I wasn’t at the airport— I was on the on-ramp to 95 at enterprise Ave. I explained my location clearly although my insurance company (progressive) provides gps that shows the exact location. I told him my battery was at 11%. He said to give him an hour, although the eta my insurance gave me showed that he was suppose

When you’re in an inconvenient situation, great service, kind people, and competency make all the difference. My car was stuck at a gas pump and Ed at O’Hara Towing came to my rescue with all those things. He was communicative, easy to work with, and kind. Give Ed a raise.
