Got in next day after dropping it off Service and replacement off all 6 injectors was done in a week along with a new windshield and dot inspect Windshield was replaced by an outside company and they never reinstalled the camera and they just left it hanging there, you would think Peterbilt would oversee that, I installed the camera but after two days I still have a camera fault and a lane departure fault that Peterbilt new about since they test drove the truck and never did anything about it Do not come to this place with a trailer there is no room for trailers Don’t expect to be comfortable if you have to wait in the so called “drivers lounge “ which is just a couple chairs up front in the sales area And with all the money they charge for service you would think they could afford to repl

Not my choice for truck service, or rental/leasing. My company rented a truck here this week. It was filthy when we went to pick it up. I was told that I could take it to the local truck wash, to get it cleaned up. The truck wash did put the charge on AMG's account, but, I feel that the truck should be road-ready when you pick it up, and have a good, clean appearance. The truck had a 'Check Engine' light on, and a warning to call Peterbilt Service. After less than 100 miles, I had two 'Check Engine' lights, and an ABS brake light, flashing in my face. When I called and asked about these lights, I was told that "It should be okay". Great experience buying a new 2025 Peterbilt 567 Dump truck. Ashley H. Did a phenomenal job beginning to end. His response time for questions or concerns was very quick and informative. He was even nice enough to meet me at the body company (Heritage) to deliver the truck to me for a quick turnaround. Also huge shoutout to Al at Heritage, he gave us an awesome and interesting tour of the entire manufacturing factory where they make and assemble the truck bodies. Will definitely use them again for anything I need. Thank you!
