Workers are very polite and respectful in and out within 30 minutes

The best experience out of all of the Ford facilities I have delivered to. Very quick check-in, clear and concise instructions and directions from the security shack. Unload was fast and paperwork was handled in short order. The facility itself was well laid out with clear signage. Both inside and outside of the plant. Clean, organized, and with a priority for safety. And the cherry on top was everyone being friendly and helpful.

Lady was rude at check in, she tried to send me to another location just because my paper work had a different address on it. But after telling her multiple times that I am positive that my load goes here she finally called someone and also confirmed that it does. But I was very disappointed in her actions for not doing her job correctly but she insisted to try to make me feel like I was dumb and I did not know what I was talking about at all. Hopefully no one else goes through this issue because if I did ignore it and go to the other location she said I would’ve wasted time money and fuel.

Wow so cool all the hard work and pride by the employees showing family what they do what a inspiration Thank you for the Open House.
