Had a rounded off oil pan drain plug that I couldn't get off at home & they were able to help me out, the guy got it off right away. Friendly staff, very fair price on the synthetic blend oil change & also got my wipers replaced for reasonable price.

Full disclosure: This review is solely from the perspective of making pick-ups & deliveries to the location, I've not had any services performed or bought any products here. The folks here were very pleasant & professional, the parking lot is a little snug if you're pulling a trailer. Everyone seemed personable, the shop was clean & orderly.

Don’t go there Rip off charged $112 for a full synthetic oil change, Lewis Motors Service Department charges $75, great lounge room, fresh coffee great snacks fine honeys to look at. This place is a dump just go to your car dealer.

Filled up 3 tires to 10psi higher than needed and paid an outrageous amount. In the future will goto Walmart this unfortunately isn’t the first issue I’ve had after going there

Service at Oil Alley is always fast and efficient. I appreciate this local business and will continue to give it my patronage.
