UPDATED REVIEW!!!! Paid for brakes and oil change on my Mercedes when I left all my lights were still on figured I'd give it time to reset being that I have no time because I work alot this was just a couple weeks ago. Took my car to Mercedes because my car started to have a shake to it never had any problems from my car low and behold they tell me there is no coolant and little oil. They checked my vehicle PROPERLY at Mercedes just had to pay a little more money than I wanted to hence the fact I trusted oil + but the owner is a nice guy and he has good customer service, he just wasn't honest. Also told me I would need rotors which got from Mercedes house because that's were my vehicle came from. I wouldn't say they are bad people but the service on my vehicle just wasn't right. Just make

Took my car to have my oil changed and I was going to change my own air filter and opened my hood and notice they didn’t put my oil top and 2 other tops back on. Not to mentioned they broke one top. I was riding for 1 week almost 2 without my tops on. Very disappointed and this was my first and last time going to this place.

Very polite group of mechanics here. They are honest and upfront and will go above and beyond to help you and your car needs. Ive been to several lube shops and some just seem to talk down to you. But not here. Give them a chance to earn your business.

I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change for an oil change and inspection. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I clearly communicated that I needed both services, and the employee instructed me on which line to join. Despite this, I ended up waiting over an hour and was then told that I was in the wrong line for the inspection. I was forced to start the entire process over again from the back of the line. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since the error was due to the employee's direction. I hope they improve their communication and organization moving forward.
