Oil Changers

This location took advantage of my young son. I had his Honda serviced in December 2025 (Power steering pump replaced and CV Axel seal replaced). On February 25, 2025, my son took his Honda to Oil Changers (Belvedere location) to get an oil change. He was told his power steering fluid needed to be changed and my son unfortunately said to go ahead and have it changed/serviced. After notifying me of the service, I spoke with the tech and stated it had just been changed and to please justify why they thought it needed to be serviced. The tech stated the car fax did not show a service and the fluid appeared dirty. I replied that I just had their power steering serviced and that they just took advantage of a young kid. His response…..your son said it was ok to change. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE

Techs were polite & professional. There was a very minimal wait time. They have an awesome military discount. My mom got hers done at oil changes a few months back, and I was impressed. I used to wait for hours at the Toyota dealership. Not anymore!

I would not recommend an oil change at this establishment. Oil Changers broke my oil pan and refuse to pay for the $962 in damages they caused. Oil Changers left me with no car, as it is unusable without an oil pan. At the time of service, my oil pan was intact, and the car was operating with no issues. The manager stated they do not want to pay for the damages they caused because I did not allow my car to be towed to an unknown body shop located unreasonably far from my place of residence. The company stated they have a contracted repair shop, and I understand this practice, yet they have inconvenienced me, and as it is, this shop damaged my vehicle; how am I to trust them to repair it? The two gentlemen working on my car were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and recommended the most suitable services to enhance my car’s performance. The service was both fast and reliable, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of car maintenance.

My second time at this location, they have great customer service, they'll answer any questions, the staff is always courteous and makes me feel welcome. Oil change was done in a timely manner and I was told the price upfront. Keep up the great work 👍.
