Oil Changers

Did I ask you to check my air filter? No. Touching parts of my vehicle that I didn’t give you permission to touch is not okay. I came in for an oil change — nothing more. I understand that small courtesies are part of basic service. Topping off washer fluid, for example, is fine because it’s simple maintenance while you’re already working on the car. But removing or inspecting parts like the air filter is different. That’s done to create an upsell opportunity and won’t be fixed for free, and it involves handling components I didn’t ask you to check. If I want additional inspections, I’ll request them. If you’re truly interested in serving the customer rather than creating an upsell opportunity, the solution is simple: ask first. It would have taken five seconds to say, “Would you like us

Good service. Fast and friendly. They checked all my lights and filled my tires. If you’re looking for the absolute least expensive oil change don’t come here. Total cost for a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek was about $95, after a $16 up charge for a synthetic oil specific filter and minus a $15 coupon. It’s probably $30 more than Walmart but at least I don’t go into the store and spend money on junk I don’t need; so it’s probably a break even considering that.

I had a great visit. They did everything in a timely manner, very nice guys and very professional. They were however understaffed and I get that, so they were not as detailed as I would have liked. I would have preferred to know how much everything cost before they put it on. They just kept telling me you need this and you need this, but they did not tell me until the end of my visit that I owed them $103.00. I wish I would have known a new filter was 21$. Other than that, they did a great job. I recommend!

i always have a great experience at oil changers! they changed my windshield wipers so fast i didnt think they did it at first lol. they are always kind and will help you with your vehicle needs in any way they can. i will be back!

The guys were so great to communicate with us through every detail. We originally agreed to an oil filter but when they pulled it they noticed how clean it was and offered to not replace to save some money. We will definitely be back for our oil needs.
