Oil Changers + Repair

Absolutely horrendous and unqualified personnel. that can’t even perform a simple oil change. We had our car serviced here for our annual oil change, and the following morning upon bringing it back home and parking the car in the garage, the car had lost every drop of oil. The car was taken back to their shop just for them to say they couldn’t find anything. It took me barely a few minutes to find that they hadn’t tightened the drain plug, as it was steady streaming any oil I filled into the engine. First, denial of doing anything wrong. Second, unwilling to refund me because of “store policies”. First shop to ever hear this from. ATTENTION LADIES!! I’ve found a place to where we can take our cars to have them worked on without having to get a second job. I took my car in for an oil change and to get the tires rotated. First of all, the staff are grown men. The last place I went to had young men but no adult mangers, teaching them how to behave when dealing with customers. It was like an older romper room. The men here are polite and take their job seriously. While the man in the pit was changing my oil, Andy talks to him and then tells me we have a serious problem. My car is a 2025 model so I’m trying to figure out what could be wrong. Andy tells me I’m missing some kind of pin out of my brakes and that I can’t drive the car anymore. I went there to get my car washed and has an absolutely horrible experience. The vacuum wasn't working properly Thr brush ruined my car, it wasn't clean and my car got streaked with these black marks (see the pictures). I had to go elsewhere to get it re cleaned. Unfortunately there's no option for zero stars or else that's what I'd actually rate it.

The team here is always so quick and helpful! This time I needed lube and repair services (oil change, CVT fluid, coolant, brake pads and rotors) and was able to get it all done within a matter of hours without an appointment. The whole process was straightforward and painless.

I’ve been coming here since last year for my oil changes, and everyone is always so nice and helpful. Andy is especially friendly and always so happy. I really love that they make such a great team, and they always have great coupons too.
