These guys are very personable. The manager is a great guy. I'm always treated with respect. Yes, they suggest service and inform me of the needs of my vehicles. If I refuse it's never any pressure to do so. I have been to the Sanger service center several times and they know who I am.

Do NOT go here! They will damage your vehicle. The sales staff is courteous, but the mechanics don't know squat! I had my oil changed in January and I did my latest change at home this weekend. My first clue of trouble was when I attempted to remove the oil drain bolt. My breaker bar would not loosen it. I was forced to use a 2-lb sledge on the bar to break the bolt loose. They must have used an impact wrench to tighten the bolt. THEN, I had a deuce of a time removing the oil filter. I tried a filter wrench, strap wrench, even a pipe wrench and could not loosen the filter. What happened to "hand-tight"? I had to use a C-clamp to crush the filter body and then insert a bar to the C-clamp to get it to twist off the filter. I have added a photo of the filter once I got it off to s

I dreaded oil changes for a long time until someone recommended me to this place. Most or a lot of places try to get women to buy unnecessary services but not them. They are open to questions you have and are a quick service. Thank you guys.
