Thanks Adam!! Whatever you said to my dad, made him bring home a new truck! I never thought I’d see him in a BRAND NEW one! He’s convinced that just by you letting him drive it, that it’s so nice, he’d buy it…. Guess what buddy, he bought it…. I believe he said “he’s a nice young man and all, but having me drive this nice thing was like selling pu55y in a prison, it’s just gonna happen”. Thanks again buddy!!

We purchased several vehicles from OK Chevrolet through Angie because of her excellent customer service. Our first car (a Cruze) failed almost immediately, but Angie worked hard to make things right, even helping us with car seats while we searched for a replacement. We then purchased a low-mileage Kia, which served its purpose, and later traded it in with Angie for a Taurus. The Taurus had repeated issues — blend door, brakes, charging system, ignition, electrical, and eventually the water pump. The warranty we paid for covered almost nothing, and when OK wouldn’t repair the water pump (claiming they didn’t have the tools), we were forced to take it to a Ford dealer at significant extra cost. Angie Gavin is a fantastic. She was kind and patient and answered all my questions. She took time to ensure that I was in a rig that was going to fit my needs and was patient when I couldn't decide. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We had a particular make, model, color and price point and it was found and at the lot in I think about two weeks! They found one quicker but it didn't meet their standards so they asked us to wait. Will be back again!

Absolutely horrible! Bought a 2015 Yukon from them and Angie helped us out. She was very kind and stated that the vehicle was her neighbors car and she stated it was an excellent vehicle. Within a couple months the 4wd went out. Of course it was not covered by the warranty which she stated covered everything! I should have read the paperwork better and not relied on her. We replaced the battery after 3 months. 6 months later more issues have arose. Took it into our local GMC and it needs a new transmission. Warranty does not cover the transmission. I called Okay Chevrolet again, as I am so upset with how this worked out and to see if they could help in anyway. They stated that if I have the car towed to them they could take $200 off the service fee. I have been quoted at $6400 and the tow
