I went to this business for a state inspection, replacement of 4 tires, rear drum brakes, wheel alignment, and oil change on a 2012 Civic. All of these were completed without any issues and the car feels better on the road. The ride is smoother and it holds a straight line very well. I arrived at 6:50 AM as they are first-come, first-serve for state inspections. I was given number 4 based upon how many people arrived before me, and my car was in the garage rather quickly after they opened at 8:00 AM. I was given regular updates by Tony as they worked on the various items. I really appreciated that in all of these communications, he presented me with the cost and potential benefits of doing any particular work. He did not try to persuade me to purchase work that offered minimal benefit

A long time ago I took my dodge Magnum to ok tire. They said I needed breaks. I paid to get my breaks done and afterwards they started squeaking really bad. When I told them about it they said the breaks need time to settle in. After a week the sound got worse. When I said something to them about it they said it's just because it's been raining a lot. They know cars better than me but what they were saying sounded like BS. Did I learn my lesson? No. Fast forward. Last April I took my Tucson there for inspection. I was told I needed breaks soon and if I waited too long I'd need rotors too. I didn't get the money for breaks until last December. I took my car to get breaks in December. They put the breaks in for about $800. 3 months later the engine died and the truck sat for 7 months. I jus
