⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ My mom went here to get her brakes and rotors changed, had to bring it back 3 times and still didnt get the rotors done correctly. She had to take it to the dealership in Muskogee and spend another 500 dollars! Absolutely unacceptable.
Ms. Pam and Ms. Jennifer are truly the sweetest ladies in the business! They were so fast and informative in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. I called earlier in the day to order tires they didn’t have in stock, and by 3pm they had them ready and got my car on brand-new tires before closing. Their communication was excellent, the service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Best place to take your car or truck. Fairly priced!! Go the extra mile to help. Can't say enough good things.
When got two new tires. everything was good paid they pulled my car out the lady who drove it out. I got in leaving turn started to hear rubbing or something. Turn them my tire fell off had to chase it down . Find my lug nuts seen that lady said we have a problem told her here. Give all 5 lug nuts said they didn't tighten them. The person who put my tires on when to look . I was there a hour he still didn't put my tire back on he grabbed a jack but I guess it was a wrong one. Had to call a ride home. When I left he just finally got it up and started to put my tire back on. They told me there going check it out put it on the rack. Called the next day asked if they put it on the rack and check the alignment. They told me no but I can come and get it. There to busy . first lie told them I was
I've been going ok tire for around 20 years.There quick and honest. Besides quality work. One of their mechanics also came to my rescue. I was broke down and stranded overnight. I couldn't get a log note. Went back to the shop when he was supposed to be starting work. Got his tools come back fix it didn't charge me. So I highly recommend these guys And Ladies, They Go out of their way. To keep you on the road. So I highly recommend O k tire,
