Ok Tire & Service

The rudeness that was expressed upon walking into this business was that of why are you even here attitude. One man is very attentive, respectful and responsive and the other just wants to write you up and avoid communication. The mechanic issues aside also was very nice and communicated thoroughly. We've had many recent services done through reputable shops and dealerships and none of which have responded recently of any issues with our abs module. It wasn't until we had our brakes done there that we started having a clunk noise under the front drivers wheel that I'm sure is a strut failing but you guys claim to not hear it. I went to buy some brand new tires and get my brakes done. And the old guy was rude. But thank goodness I bought 4 brand new tires right after I left there..i want be doing any business with him ever again.

Had my car towed in for a major flat/ blow out in Decatur omw to work. I called and told them the issue, and they got started right away, and even was able to get it done for me before they closed @530p. Came and picked up the car the next day and the price was decent. Didn't hurt my pockets at all. They replaced my tire, fixed it up for me, and made sure I had plenty of air as well. Thank you guys for your work. You earned a new customer. I will be with you guys again if I need you. Thank you once again!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am extremely upset after leaving this place. I come in to simply replace a tire with a used one. Which took over an hour for the poor looking guy to replace. And cost was ALL that was "okay" $60 which is fair. But, what's not right is the fact that there salesman tire guy tried pushing another tire on me that I didn't want and he didn't even have. He tried scaring us into thinking we wouldn't make it home on our only other not so great shape tire. While he was playing around putting our tire on he managed to throw the alignment off. Which he either did completely intentionally which should be a punishable crime. Or he is so uneducated that he didn't know he threw our alignment off either way unexceptable. Went in for 1 used tire. Employee tried to up sell with another tire. Not only did it take an unusually long time, but settings on the dash were changed and the tires were only aired up 35 psi instead of 41. The truck, to add insult to injury, wouldn't shift from park without a lot of tinkering with the linkage. We never had issues with shifting into ANY gear prior to his tire swap. Whether what he did was intentional, or just an accidental side effect of the tire replacement, it left a young woman with a two ton paper weight. Top everything else, the cashier was too busy with "other things" to promptly take payment for services rendered. Things I saw there leads me to recommend staying far away from the OK tires in Decatur, Alabama
