Okie Express Auto Wash

Blake is spot-on with his customer service passion! My trips here are always extra better when he is waiting on me!!! I’ve been here multiple times and my son’s name is also BLAKE so he’s already a WINNER! Okie YOU’RE THE BEST🩵

It’s a great car wash, people are very helpful. I’ve also notice every-time I get done with my car there, there is a new chip on my windshield not sure if anyone else is running into this issue or if it’s just me? They aren’t huge but I can notice them when I’m driving.

The last time, the wash didn't clean off the road film from the back of our Yukon. Also, asked the young man who did the pre-spray if he could hit our wheels with his sprayer because the car wash does not get our wheels clean. But said that wasn't possible, because now, they only have 1 person rather than 2 doing the pre-spraying. They still need 1 person on each side spraying. May have to start going elsewhere. For the money, these things should have been taken care of. Sorry.

Car never comes out entirely clean and if you have a car that sets low to the ground I would not recommend driving through this. On a positive note there are free vacuums, hand towels, and window cleaner.

I’ve been using the Chickasha location since it opened. I’m not at all happy with the car wash. My pickup up still has bugs on it and they only spray pre wash on the drivers side. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and I’m not getting my moneys worth.
