I went to Oki car wash today off Santa Fe and I had A issue and Jackson, the young man who assisted me did a remarkable job was A1 very professional he showed me a lot of things of him, figuring things out himself and he figured it out and got the job done. I appreciate Doing business with young men like Jackson, especially in today’s world where professionalism And Greatcustomer service just really doesn’t exist anymore I highly command Jackson, the young man who went above me beyond for me today and solving the issue on his own. I had originally came just to clean my interior up and vacuum my car but then while cleaning my windows Kevin came up to the car and told me he hasthe same car as me so he'd give me a free car wash on the house. Very Thankful for such generous service and quality and will not be the last time i visit anytime soon!

0 stars. First time using Okie, Norman location. Completely tore off the weather seal to my door, and put a decent scratch in my black paint. Just got a brand new car last month so the seal was not damaged, scratch was not there at all before going through your wash. Very disappointed and sad with how my first wash went and will most likely not be returning. Also suggesting no one goes through an Okie wash in the future.

Bought a brand new truck and bought a subscription to your wash on 2nd street in Edmond. 3rd time I used it the hood was scratched by your car wash. A scratch 2 feet long. Showed it to Mandy at the time it happened. I have called multiple times without a call back. Unfortunately going to have to get legal. I would not use this or any OKIE EXPRESS CAR WASH.

Does a great job cleaning my truck every time I use it. Had some damage to my truck from their company, and they paid it out and got it fixed. Great car wash and will continue to use.
