Okie Express Auto Wash

I got a new car so I wanted to keep it clean and the membership helps so much! Much cheaper than paying once a week, and it's very convenient. The vacuums are great and it makes cleaning my car every week that much easier to have the spray and cleaning rags ready to go.

Car wash in Norman does a pretty good job cleaning my pickup. Easy in and out, plenty of cleaning bays for vacuuming and wiping down the vehicle.

Slowly scratches car over time, doesn't dry car like it used to, ceramic shield foam barely gets applied to car anymore. Used to be great carwash. Now, just meh.

This location is well maintained and always has plenty of towels in the vacuum area. Bradley who gets your vehicle on track and keeps everything moving takes real pride in his work. Jacob is extremely helpful at this location, I had an issue resolved quickly and his customer service was 5 stars. It's also great Okie carwashes are a chain so if you need a wash somewhere else in Oklahoma odds are your membership will come in useful.

Went through the car wash Friday morning and noticed my mirror was broke when I was vacuuming my car. I pulled around and spoke to the manager. I filled out an incident report and was told he would call me within 24-48 hours, after speaking to the owner. I have yet to hear back from him. I will be stopping by today to hopefully talk with someone. Not the best customer service. Hopefully they make this right and fix my mirror. 3/13 Update - After a change in management, the District Manger Joe jumped right on my issue with great customer service. Okie Express Auto Wash's insurance quickly called and is taking care of the repairs. I apologize for the negative review previously and thank you for taking care of my car.
