Ol Red's Towing

Old reds damaged my beloved classic car (1967) by hooking directly to the chrome bumper, and then dropping it off the back of the truck. I think the driver assumed it was a junker, not a special ordered piece of history... I settled with them outside insurance, but when I found more damage done to the suspension, I reached back out. they were extremely rude, saying I was making it up, and they said my car was basically worthless. Every time I walk by and see that the front and rear of my car are damaged, and think back on the entirety of the situation, how I tried to help them avoid an insurance claim, but when I found more damage definitely caused by their driver dropping my car 2 feet, and was dismissed/attacked, its disheartening. Another tow company in the area did damage to my vehicle, so I was pleased when they sent out this company with AAA. Their customer service is outstanding! Daniel went above and beyond to make sure that my car was cared for and delivered safe and sound to the repair facility. I will use this company alone for all my future towing needs. Ran into brake issues outside of Delta, Ol Reds arrived within 30 minutes and were so so helpful and friendly. All their drivers were out at the moment and it was an expected 90+ minute wait, so instead the owner/manager took an extra truck and came straight to us within 30 min. Amazing service!
