First off, I always recommend this place to anyone in the area. They're so hospitable and quick with service! The waiting area is organized, clean, and inviting. I needed some standard maintenance on my car, and they managed to do a check and whatever repairs in around 3 hours! A member of their crew also came out and explained what was needed, as well as went through what was the most important repairs incase I wanted to pick and choose. They laid out the prices per service very clearly on my bill, which I appreciate! My car came back clean and in much better condition. 10/10 shop. I will be coming here for any services my warranty doesn't cover!

I absolutely love Olathe auto clinic. I’ve been giving them all my car needs for over 10 yrs now and I’ve never been disappointed. I totally trust them to give me a fair price and do excellent service. The staff is friendly and informative. I always recommend them 😊

I am not sure if there has been a change in management, but the last several times I have brought my vehicle in for service I have experienced repeated issues that are becoming unacceptable. I initially brought my vehicle in for a leak concern. During this visit, I was later told that a “check emission system” light had been on, but that it was turned off while the leak was being addressed. This light was not on when I dropped off my vehicle, and at no point was I informed that it had appeared during service. No diagnostic was performed, and no explanation was provided. Upon picking up my vehicle, the light immediately came on, requiring me to return the vehicle to the shop. At that time, I was told it was likely an “old” light and that I would need to return for a diagnostic, yet the li

Oil changed here in the summer and when I went to get oil changed at a quick oil change place, they reported that the previous shop stripped the oil pan plug and needed to be replaced. I quickly called Olathe Auto to have them look at the issue and no questions asked they did a full replacement of the pan and gasket under warranty. 100% what I would expect, but worth letting others know this shop will take care of you!

Ladies beware. I've been getting all my maintenance done here for three years and am just now learning how dishonest these people are. No integrity. No loyalty. The work they do is low quality and will even charge you for work they didn't do and for parts they didn't replace. Supposedly my entire coolant system was replaced and less than 3 years later, less than 13k miles, the same parts are failing and they're trying to charge me another 1k to replace it all again on a well maintained car. I'm finding a different mechanic. Please never contact me again.
