I had issues with my pickup windows not rolling up. I called and was able to get in for an estimate for the repairs. Within about 15 minutes, Sam had identified the issue and set up an appointment to get the repairs done. She didn't try to oversell anything that wasn't needed. Sam found another minor issue, but didn't try to be pushy about getting that issue resolved until I was ready to have it done.
