Old Hook Road Car Wash

I found this car wash on Google. It’s at open until 6 PM. I drove there at 20 minutes. I got exactly at five. The door was open. The guy working said I opened the door just to receive my delivery and he wouldn’t do the wash even though it was exactly 5 PM he already locked and he said I closed the computer and everything. They should change the time on Google not make people drive there for no reason. Just moved to New Jersey and this is my closest to me, but I will never step my foot here.

Yesterday my mom drove over a spray paint can and it literally exploded all over her car… she actually didn’t realize it for Several hours and when she did she went to see if the car wash could clean it off. They were closing but Felix helped her and cleaned it al off by hand. She can’t stop singing his praises of how kind and helpful he was and how above and beyond he went to help her out it such a crummy situation. Thank you Felix!

Update your proper business hours, please. Closed on Saturday although says open online.

5 STARS for the guys who work there. Friendly and hardworking! I get the monthly pass which is so worth it. I wash my car at least 3 times a week. Always looks great! The management 2 STARS........pulled up on a Tuesday at 11 a.m. and CLOSED! This is not the first time it's randomly closed. I called to ask if they would be opening and the woman kind of rudely without explanation just said "no we won't." No "sorry for your inconvenience" or anything. I also find it a little frustrating with the "cash only" thing. I don't always have cash on me. Kind of annoying to have to park your car and get out to go inside and pay after.
