From the moment I arrived at Oliver in Converse I felt like Alex Charter understood the customer's need.....especially an owner operator. I arrived with the intent of a certain truck but ended up driving away in a different one later. He took the time to ensure that my decision to purchase a truck from him was a wise one and addressed that my peace of mind was important as well. Throughout the process I never felt pressured at all. We pointed out some small work to be done and he ensured that it was done in an efficient and timely manner. I left Oliver knowing that I had made one of the most important decisions of my driving career. Took delivery of my first truck today 9/2/25. Alex the salesman was awesome! There were a couple small hiccups but he took care of it and kept me informed along the way! I will buy another truck from him as soon as I can! Good ppl
