Called Josh first thing in the morning, told him the truck I was looking at and the price I wanted. I was in Seattle and no car so making the trek to Olympia had to be worth my while. After a few back and forth’s Josh made the deal happen. The added caveat was I need to have the truck ready and the paperwork ready to sign when I walked in because I was waiting on a call to pick up my new rescue pup, and he was more important than the truck. Told Josh the situation and he said he’d make it happen. Promise delivered!! Arrived, test drove while they finished drafting paperwork, signed and driving away in 30 min. I have many negative experiences with dealerships but I would highly recommend Kia of Olympia and Vinh. Since the owner change this place is now wonderful. My wife and I originally came here back in October of 2022 but we had an awful experience. We decided to give it another shot after we came across an amazing deal online. We worked with Erik Bravo and he is such a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and down to earth, not pushy at all.
