We had a great experience at this location! We looked at 2 other Nissan dealerships and chose to go back to this one, specifically because of Riley. We tested two vehicles and he was very personable and pleasant to work with. The nail in the coffin was sales manager Tom. Tom was also very personable. Told us about his experience with the same vehicle and able to answer ALL our questions. Hands down I would come back and recommend Nissan Olympic for your next car buying experience! You will NOT be disappointed

I had a wonderful car-buying experience at Nissan of Olympia working with Tyler and Joey. Half of my decision-making is the connection with the salesperson. I did not find that in the dealerships in Bellevue, Tacoma, Fife and Auburn when looking for a car the week prior. I wish I had stayed local in the first place. Thanks to the friendly and non-confrontational approach by Tyler and Joey we ended up with a great car within an hour. I would recommend seeing the folks at Nissan of Olympia at Capital Automall if you are car shopping. If you dont find your car there, I can bet Tyler and Joey will at least make the experience less stressful for you.

Great experience buying my new 2026 Nissan Z. Morgan, Joey and the team were courteous, professional, and honest. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I went in last night looking at this RAM 1500 Warlock! Absolutely stunning truck, I was having my heart set on getting it. There were a few hiccups in the process but Morgan Wockner and Chet Thompson were so incredible and helpful. They gifted me my first truck and were so amazing in the process. Had a great experience with Tira, she made us feel so comfortable and informed. Brought the car in for her first maintenance and I couldn't be more impressed! A nice lounge area for waiting, snacks and drinks are offered and even a room for the kiddos! There is a free local shuttle that runs until 4. And they even washed and vacuumed with service, I was so surprised!
